Default My ding-a-ling??

OK, my 2000XKR is running great, timing chains done, new EBC brakes, transmission flush, new bushes on front suspension, new Kumho tires, spark plugs etc etc. Great, but I have a ding-a-ling. Now and then when I go over a bump I get a "ding". Sounds like a metalic bell being hit. Come on Mr Berry it's driving me nuts. Any ideas please.

I had a similar ding or rattle that turned out to be break pads installed without the integrated springs. this let them rattle / ding at low speed and on bumps.

Check your disk brake shields kissing the disk. They will ring just like a bell. It takes just a push with stick or something through wheel to gain the small clearance required. I had the same.
