Is it my imagination or does the new Tesla Model S look suspiciously like a Jaguar XF? They certainly borrowed a lot of styling cues.

 

I have to agree, from that angle, they do look very similar.

 

at this point there are too many similarities between a lot of car companies. at one point the front of a Hyundai looked like an S-type

 

And the golf variant looks like an x-type estate

 

To my eyes anyway, the majority of today's upscale sedans have morphed into what I call the Buick/Lexus/Volvo look. Line 'em up in side profile fifty yards away from me and even after studying them for a few minutes at that distance, I probably wouldn't be able to accurately determine which is which....

 

or does the front of the new Ford Fiesta look like an Aston-Martin?
