my recent leatherique experience
Just a heads up if you are planning to use their product for a leather restoration. I used their dye products before, they were pretty responsive, and the color match was spot on. Few months ago ordered a leather dye paint to refinish a seat area where a belt rubs against the seat cushion. Sent a swatch sample, took a while to get the paint, not a problem. Once I applied a product it was several shades lighter that the seat itself. Reached out via several emails to see if this could be somehow addressed. Left a voice message. A complete radio silence on their end. Basically $100 down the drain which I am not going to loose my sleep over but definitely will not be ordering from them again.
