This is from JTIS
IAT > 18 °F (-8 °C); drive at steady speed > 40 mph; > 1 minute
[A, M]
(DTC flagged; second trip), ECM:
– Inhibits downstream HO2S
control
If DTC P0172 is also flagged, ECM:
– Limits engine speed to
3000 rpm
– Inhibits canister purge
Prossible cause:
Blocked air filter
Fuel system return blockage
Leaking fuel injector(s)
Fuel pressure regulator failure (high fuel
pressure)
ECM receiving incorrect signal from one
or more of the following components:
ECTS, MAFS, IATS, TPS

What did you use to gather the info from your car? I've got to get an OBDII scanner.
If you have the ability (the unit to preform this test) check the O2 sensor for that bank to see what the voltage is. The sensor might be on its way out for that bank.

How is the idle? steady or rough?
I have some quick recommendations you could try:
-Last time your MAF was dirty, clean it again, but this time it may have died all together.. (very common)
-Start checking your vacuum lines, you may have a leak somewhere which could be causing this.. (if there are no drivability issues its probably very small)
-You may also have a fuel pressure problem, but without an in-line gauge to check it at the rail its hard to diagnose..
-You may also have a faulty injector.. (I'm not a fan of dump-in-the-tank injector cleaners because I usually end up with fouled plugs, but its worth a shot (most agree Techron is the best).. but you may want to price out getting them professionally bench cleaned on a machine)
Good luck, Eric

code scanner
GreenJewel, i have a autoingenuity scanner. Its totally worth the cash. If you wanna see it before you blow 400.00, let me know and we can meet up.

the idle is smooth for the most part. It has had a little bit of miss at idle. I will go lookin for some vacuum lines.
As far as the fuel goes. is there a special tool required to test the pressure or is there a napa/shucks alternative i can get?
