I have a 2003 Jaguar XKR convertable with 43250 miles. Live in Wisconsin.
Beautiful Jaguar Racing Green with Tan interior and just about all accessories available.
I would like to know what mufflers I could install to give it a little more "sports car" sound.

Welcome again to the forums Jim,
As you have already posted an Intro, I've moved your question from New Member Area - Intro a MUST to XK8/XKR forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

Hi Jim A
Welcome to the Forum. Lots of knowledgeable Forum members here and I too have a very similar 99 XK8 and wanted a sporty exhaust note. My modification came from DCR who is a UK based supplier. Website below.https://www.dcrautoparts.com/
I went for his “ middle” option in stainless steel and also changed the CATs too while I was working in the area.
DCR is well known to Forum members, slow on communication and a bit pricey but overall very reliable... in the end.... finally.

Jim, Welcome to this Forum. Source of some of the best info you can get for your XK.
I wanted a better sound also, and went the "Delete" route. I use a local muffler shop that I trust for good reasonable work. After discussing options with the installer, we decided to 'Delete' the last 2 sets of mufflers, replace the over-the-axle pipe, and replace the round tips with oval tips that fill the exhaust exit ports very nicely. The sound is similar to a '70's muscle car, and of course my wife thinks it is too loud(not a car person). I have the option of adding mufflers behind the axle if I decide it is too noisy. So far, I simply take it easy in neighborhoods. So far I have had 2 drivers of other cars follow me to a stop(gas station, and home) asking about the car, the sound, and any modifications.
All the original mufflers were left in place forward of the last 2.
