Default No Green Showers Lately....

Ragtop season is now in full swing in North America. I am comforted by the fact that we have not had a green shower incident reported here on the forum in quite some time. May we all enjoy a fabulous spring and summer with no pesky green showers nailing any of us ragtop XK owners....

We enjoyed a top-down morning today, and plan to enjoy a top-down evening a bit later on today....

Jon, it sounds like you are warming to the XK?

Norri,

I've always loved the gorgeous lines. I love the 4.2 V8 and wish I had one in our S-Type. But at 6-feet-7 and 250 pounds, I simply do not fit in the XK series. Top-down helps my back and neck, but it doesn't do much for my legs and feet....

Still a gorgeous car, though. It's still all my wife wants to drive after more than three months of ownership. Since it's her car, that's good....

Has anybody had any success in prolonging the life of the latch hoses by insulating them.I had mine changed last October so would be interested in any ideas to help me avoid another green shower

Installing the pressure relief valve is the first step. Use this link JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource I hope this helps.
