No Heat

97 XK8
Codes are 22,24, and 45
AC works normal but the heat is weak at idle and the blower seems slower. Defrost works too but throws mostly cool air. Heater pump?

Are the Climate Control System error codes 22, 24, and 45 consistent with a failed heater pump? I don't have the technical knowledge to interpret these codes. Any advice on how to proceed is appreciated.
