I removed the factory radio, and would like to utilize the factory screen to display video from aftermarket dvd player. I read a write-up a while back which eplained which wires to connect to get the factory screen to power up. I know I have to splice into the factory harness, but I cannot find that post or any write up on which wires to splice into to get the factory screen to power up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

There is a yellow 26-position connector that went to your original headunit. Find the orange wire at position 8 and splice that to +12v. This should allow you to turn on the navigation system again.
