Default Oil pressure sending unit

Can anyone tell me if it's possible that threads on sending unit are m10x1 instead of m10x1.25? I can check for sure tomorrow but running me crazy tonight

Whichever one is the oddball is the one.

It is the same thread as found on some turbo oiling kit
hoses which is what I am using to extend the line to
a aftermarket sender.

Also the same thread as commonly found on brake hoses.

Steve (thejagwrangler) may be along in a minute, but if you look on his website, you will find instructions for fitting realgauge which includes details of the oil pressure sender.

10x1.25 and I made an adapter also similar to yours RD. I just did not want to put a lot into it till I found out if engine was worth it or not. I guess 50-60 at idle is ok

If that's cold pressure it's okay, but it should drop significantly when warm.
