Running down some oil leaks on my 2000 xk8. It appears to be leaking from either the oil pressure sending unit or the oil temperature sensor. My question is has anyone ever had either of these leak?

 

The oil pressure sender was leaking a little on my 2001 XKR two years ago. When it came time for my next scheduled oil change, I removed the sender, wrapped some yellow high density plumbers tape (for gas fittings) on the threads and reinstalled the sender. Hasn't leaked since.
