Ok potential dangerous question
I say dangerous as I do not want to be "flamed" for asking, lol.
What I would like to know is if there is an open fuse spot or a fuse I can hot wire into to charge a permanently mounted phone. Looking for somewhere on the drivers side fuse interior fuse box. Looking for something that is only "hot" while the car is running. Any advice / opinions is appreciated.

Easiest would be tap the wires for the cigarette lighter.
Alternatively, there is also a 3 pin connector behind the glove box for accessory power. The white-red wire is switched power, and black is ground. You need to add the missing relay in the trunk fusebox though to enable this feature.

Don your Flame Suit.
Nothing to do with asking the question ........
........ do we assume it's a Jaguar? Possibly even an XK8? Hold hands and have a seance to discover the Year?
We ask all members to add vehicle details to their forum Signature for a very good reason and this is a perfect example. The options vary depending on whether it's an early 1996 or a late 2005.

As you don't have a Jaguar phone fitted, the yellow phone harness connector under the centre console is another option.
This is my 2005 XK8 with Jaguar Bluetooth installed. You should find the harness connector on yours is live but spare:
Ground is Pin 11 (black). There's options for battery feed Pin 4 or ignition switched Pin 5:

Thanks for adding your vehicle details.
