OMG this is NOT a gentleman or a lady's car
I saw this on a local craigslist. Now you can be the judge and tell me is it me or did they just ruined a work of art. I would have it repainted, new rims and wheels to start to be it back. But at that price You can buy a great XXR.

I think the wheels match:
The second picture shows all 4 wheels new, with black (non-painted) inserts.
The first picture shows the passenger side with the inserts removed (probably because they are being spray painted - see spray can in pic).
The third picture shows the drivers side with the inserts painted to match the car - the likely final product that puts this car in all its glory.
So I'm guessing as I've never dealt with rims anything like that.
