P0207 Code
I have a 2006 XKR which I love. It's got to that age where things start to need replacing - 2 coil pack so far and I'm sure the rest will fail soon enough. When I started it the other day it misfired badly so I assumed it to be another coil pack. It also gave me a Restricted Performance message on the dash. Come to find out it's an injector problem.
I have 2 questions for the collected experts out there:
1. Is there a way to measure the resistance of the injector without removing the supercharger to get to it?
2. I need recommendations on what injectors to get and where to get them in Southern California. If I can get aftermarket for a substantial saving that would be good - but only if they are fully compatible, of course.
From what I can see the job to replace them is relatively straight forwards - just a bit involved because of the supercharger and intercoolers sitting atop the engine. Are there any pitfalls to be avoided or special tools without which my life will be purgatory? (I believe a 1/2" breaker bar will suffice to move the belt tensioner for the supercharger but would appreciate corroboration on that belief).
Thanks
Nick

Another member of the forum used this company and recommended them for rebuild/calibration. I think you you will find many competent services if you do a search. No need to buy new ones.
