Default Paint or leather conditioner?

Hi

The centerpiece of my steering wheel looks quite dull - probably exposed too much to the sun...what is the right cure paint og leather conditioner?

I'm on a phone so can't see perfectly. One gets a lot of mileage using a magic eraser followed by leather conditioner or vinyl treatment. Figured that the price is cheap give it a shot.

Leather seats have not been 'dyed' for many years. The finish is a vinyl treatment that is probably best described as 'paint'. Without cutting through this surface sealer true leather treatment is not effective. Vinyl cleaner and treatment such as Lexol makes a real difference on our 'leather' and other vinyl surfaces. Completely restoring leather with a vinyl surface requires the removal of the vinyl, treatment of the actual leather then reapplying the surface treatment

I have restored two leather interiors with Leatherique products and can certify that they are easy to use, provide excellent results and the owners of this small company are available for telephone consultation.
