I have an early (X100) 06 XKR. Can anyone tell me where the parking assist module is located? I have a technical manual and it doesnt show its location.

Quick update. I scoured the trunk for the parking aid module with no luck. But-I did find it! I discovered it in the large fuse box in the trunk next to the battery!

Now, for the speaker-all the spec's and the Jag dealer says it's under the rear tray behind the back seat. That is probably correct for a couple but not for a Convertible.
I noticed that there appears to be a speaker in the backseat trim piece just behind the passengers right ear. There is not a matching speaker on the driver's side and no sound comes out of it when the radio is on. Could that be the warning speaker?

I found the rear parking sensor speaker Inside the cover which sits behind the arm rest
the cover is spring loaded clips and just pulls off and can be seen when siting in the rear seat in the convertible it’s a small
Unit and can be found on line.

 

Super!!! Found it and the speaker is working. Now, it has to be the module or the sensors.
