All of the fuses tested good. I'm now working on disconnecting the plug on the oxygen sensor and testing it with my meter. If it's bad, and I'm reasonably sure it is, I look forward to many miserable hours trying to get it out and replacing it.

You can get to the O2 from the top but not easy. I used a duel open end wrench and used a box end wrench on the other end of the open end for leverage. As for the plug it is usually up top on that side just follow the lead and you will find it. If for any reason you are unable to get it loose and you need to drop the cat I would recommend that you spray the nuts on top with PB Blaster and let it soak for about an hour. They are not easy to get loose. Also if you drop the cat get a new gasket for it or you may have an exhaust leak and you will need to drop it again. Check your PM.
