Friend has 2000 XKR. The rear window brake light has gone to the world of cracked plastic ect. We are going to replace with a strip of led lights (which is actually the same type of lights in the broken plastic piece).

I assume that the line that runs to the lights is a 12v line. I can always test, but wondered quickly if anyone knew for sure.

Thanks. We have an aftermarket strip and I am not sure if it takes the standard 12v or wants the 5v that any leds want.
