can some one pls give me some advice,,got a 02 xkr radio comes on when it wants to and will work for a couple of days sometimes weeks then goes off and wont work again for weeks sometimes months had a second hand unit still got the same problem, and all fuses are ok?

 

Does the LCD go blank when it is not working, or is it just the audio that is out?

 

hi mate sorry for the late reply.....,well the hole thing goes off doesnt even light up nothing an then just decides to work

 

Have you had the radio out and checked the harness connector is securely locked:



Yellow connector arrowed in RED. The black lock folds over to hold it securely in place.
