Question: Is it possible to corrupt the ECM file system and will a reflash fix it ?

Someone told me that you could corrupt a file (like a PC)on the ECM. That a bad ground will sometimes do it.

A bad ground will cause issues butnot likely to corrupt ECM software.
You can get a bug in ECM and it can be reflashed.

That's what I need to know.
I should have had it reflashed for sh#ts and grins anyway when it was at the dealerlast time.
