Well would you credit it,last night I put up my restricted performance issue on the thread wich I have had for the last two days but forgot to mention that locking the car up last night I had to use the key,key fob inoperable so today I pick up and install a new fob battery and would you believe it the car ran like a dream on a 50mile trip this morning, am I living in hope or could the fob really have been the issue,I will keep you updated.

 

Seriously unlikely that your problem is solved, I'm afraid. Get a code reader, report back and you'll get plenty of help.
