Default Shake rattle and roll

So in my quest to button up issues with my xkr Im tackeling the rattleing when hitting bumps noises. In NYC its a disaster and with the car low its even worse. I just finished up the end links and that helped a bit but there are still noises. From the rear I definitely need bump stops (anything for lowered cars???). In the front right side there seems to be a metallic rattle. Almost like the dust sheild clanking...Then there are some more or less muted thumps.

Now the car is lowered 2" (red springs have no idea of brand) that were instaled by an independant jag guy from teh previous owner. The spring bushings look fine (whatever they are called.

Everything seems tight when on a lift. Any suggestions were to look? Typical high mile issues? All of the ball joints appear to be fine and the steering is not loose at all. Many thanks

Damon

RI roads are just as bad. Pothole city. What are they spending my tax money on?
I have clunks, squeaks and rattles everywhere. Doing a complete suspension rebuild this winter. I could get away with front upper shock mounts and rear lower mounts but while it's apart why do it half way.

Make sure that your half shafts have been lubricated. The dealer doesn't always do it, even if asked. Can cause serious noise in pothole hell.

I had thumps from the rear when going over potholes - the upper shock absorber mounts had more or less disintegrated - ended up changing both sides with new shocks since they are complete with the mounts and it's such a PIA job on the rear(compared to the front) that I wanted to do it once and once only. It was impossible to replicate the noise when the car was stationary - sounded like there was a body in the trunk.
