Evening all.
Anyone know someone who really knows their Jaguar modules? Would love to drop an email to someone about my XK8's Security and Locking module.

1. It sometimes chimes with the alarm arm/disarm. Sometimes it doesn't.
2. Managed to program the remote a week ago but after a hard reset I'm back to using the key.
3. The boot won't open via the onboard button but the fuel flap will. It's not in valet mode BTW

1st world problems I know but maddening.

Paul, where about in London are you? I recently had a similar issue whereby the fobs seem to lose their programming. Turned out to be the security locking module. I'm waiting for my mechanic to source me a convertible version whilst I'm using his coupe module.
