After a year of searching I finally found the right car at the right price for me to add to the litter. I purchased my first XKR, a 2000 model, 90K, convertible. I will still buy a coupe at some point but the triple black just got me.

So, I have had numerious XJ6's and XJ8's but never a XJR or an XKR. I know they pack 370hp stock so my question is what can I do to get it over 400 quickly ?

Any info would be appreciated.

 

Install a smaller supercharger pulley. There are several threads on how to do it.

 

I always recommend doing the larger bottom pulley, once you have done the top there is no going back, without a lot of expense, the bottom pulley is easy, a little bit more expensive than the top pulley.

For my money I would do the cats, exhaust, pulley and remap, that should get you over 400hp but also a reasonable sized dent in your wallet
