I have a 1999 xk8 convertible i waould like to upgrade radio to a navi system . is there a harness for this car . i dont want wires cut or customized

Hi. Are you looking to upgrade to the original factory nav system? If so, do you realize there are no map updates and the last one was 2003? You will also have to add all the wiring...the non-nav. cars have a different wiring harness.

My suggestion woud be, for a clean and up to date navigation installation, get an up to date touch screen portable Garmin or Tom-Tom, and mount it permanently on a Kuda mount. (KUDA OEM leather iPhone GPS Mount for JAGUAR XK (97-06) ivory). You can hide the power adapter in the shell of the mount and have no dangling wires. It is completely reversable if you decide to remove it at a later date.
