Sucking noise when I accerate

Sucking noise when I accerate
I own a Jaguar XF 3.0, a great car, it on a 59 plate.
Recently it has started to make a "sucking" noise when I accerate. It almost sounds like it's coming through the air con system.
I've been told that it could be the turbo?
Any ideas?
