Default Super Chiller

I founded Active Interchiller in 09 with first 2 GTO Super Chillers and continued adding model specific kits since 2010. This work's on any water to air Intercooler, any one interested in volunteering there Supercharged car gets free installation and a large discount on a AI Super Chiller. The car in the Video is the first Camaro fitted and the first kit was designed on it. He continues to support AI and this same car was completely updated in 2013 with our Xtreme Chiller! This is a upgraded stock engine never out of the car with a manual 6 speed and runs in the 10s now consistently!

This is the same car I designed the first Camaro Chiller on for Turbo99. I removed the entire system and updated everything with the latest design.

This Chiller is 18” long so thats 50% longer than the original 12”, this thing is a monster and requires bumper modification. Nearly every part has been refined since 2010 and is custom made for our application.

Thanks Dave

An update from GizmoQ and his XLR V done 2 years ago, running 20lb on a North star. This is after 30 minutes driving, people commented about this very sight when he opened the hood after running the Texas Mile!

This ZR1 is running a complete Dual Super Chiller kit with upgraded pump and reservoir!

If there is any interest here I have many detailed pictures and support from many GM owners I can reference.

Thanks Dave

Default I'd volenteer but...

Looks like you are a bit to far for me to get my car to you. Let me know how this goes though as I might want to buy one. Good luck! (I'm in California).

We have cars drive or trucked from all over the states but none from CA yet! In some case the discount for the first volunteer car is enough to cover expenses. We don't make a universal kit so we need a car for each model to step up. I had one shop in TX do a SS installation and the tech liked it so much he wanted one for his G8, after waiting over a yr for a G8 to step up he took his vacation and drove to FL to get us setup for the G8. Now we ship G8 kits to US, AU, England and South Africa.

Here is a good picture of the Camaro SS Chiller.

We use CNC Freon adapters when passable, if not we weld our fitting to original line and sell the kit on an exchange basis like the on CTS V.

Every Freon connection is O Ring including the custom fittings we make going into the Chiller no pipe thread seal for Freon.

Default Sad

The sad thing is this car came from Florida, I had it shipped here. Cost is about $1,300 for a non-covered each way so a bit pricey. If I recall the Killer Chiller folks use one designed for a mustang on this car.
