Finally got the extra key and valet key sent in the post for the jag, great, however they will not turn the car over... is there a way to programme them to the car or is it an expensive trip to the jag dealership in El Paso????.. or can a ford store do it?...

Unfortunately you are stuck with the dealer unless the there is a locksmith in your area that has equipment for programming keys. Ford can't help you.
