First I'd suspect that roof must latch and lock before rear window work. Lock it manually.

Sounds like you have it latched partially. Go to pump. Turn stopcock counter clock to releave pressure in lines. Take large allen wrench off pump. Goto front seat remove plastic cover from latch access hole. (I need a tool to leverage mine out)

Insert wrench, turn latch to lock in. Try rear windows now.

Retighten stopcock on pump.

Check fluid level.

Let us know.

I did what you said to do,with stopcock open then shut and shut then open same ,nothing happens. top goes into latch starts to latch, but stops, pump runs as long as I hold down button. If I turn off key the pump stops and the top closes, but not locked I then can lock it manually back windows still down.

What's the state of the battery?

Do you get any warnings on the message center?

First check the fluid in the tank to be at the top embossed line on the tank then check the petcock closed clockwise rotation to close. If that does not work then open the petcock, open the roof and park the front latch and do a hard reset on the car. Once that is done close the petcock and start the car. With the car running push the close button and hold it and see if it closes properly. If the latch does not close all indications tell me that a switch is not working properly. Let us know what takes place.
