Mine varies between 'The Beast' and 'The Jaaaag' (pronounced in the Clarkson manner).

"The Unicorn" - because it took me three years to find an (affordable and local) XKR coupe in green on tan.

Default "CAT car".... Black Beauty

My toddlers call it the CAT car, and they repeat over and over that they want to go for a ride in it, which I eventually relent to for 5 minute 10 mph stints in the neighborhood.

Client of mine who names her Porsches and always gets appropriate vanity plates, named mine "Black Beauty"

"Layla", because I was listening to Clapton on the test drive.

I like and agree with "Money Pit" though ... that's a good second name.

I call him "JagX"...say it really fast for desired effect of something special or ask for jacks . Originally called it Green Lantern, but the movie failed to live up to my car's expectations

Nigella, bc the X100-era XK is both voluptous and concupiscent.

Watch the video and you'll understand.

I don't call it anything but I do call the car cover (there to stop the farm cats sharpening their claws on the soft top and the swallows crapping on the paintwork) quite a lot of things.
How an apparently simple piece of cloth can show such malice and ingenuity on removal and morph into such unrecognisable shapes on replacement never ceases to amaze me.

I too call it The Jag, also a la Jeremy Clarkson.

Not sure what my wife calls it as it is usually mumbled under her breath. Once it sounded like "The Other Woman."

Funny. Most of my British friends call my car a Jag. I just can't. My father collected cars when I was growing up and he always said it a JAGUAR and the other car is a "PORCHE" with an uh at the end.
That always stuck with me for some reson.
