Hi All,
I disconnected my ECUs x2 located in the front left of engine bay. However, I found this plug and cannot work out where it should be plugged in!





FYi It has some black tape around it - I cannot see any connector anywhere and the ECU connectors all plug in as normal.
Any help is appreciated!

 

If you did not unplug it then it is most likely intended for an option or spec your car does not use.

However, why the tape? It does not "look" official to me and surely it would not come from the factory like that?
