Start a poll - I think you'll need to start a new thread as a poll - if you do then ask a DemiGod to delete this thread.

She might be looking in the tool box for the gelding tongs if she reads that!

Our XK8 is my wifes drive (well she will be my wife when we get married on Saturday) however I have never seen anyone glaze over as quickly as her whenever I start to talk about any subject car/tool/garage related.

However she is insisting that we go to the Abu Dabi grand prix next year!

I had no idea it was included in the toolkit. Probably the dealer stole it when he nicked the whipple tree. - https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...ct-tape-70880/

Congratulations on the forthcoming nuptials.

Given the anaesthetising effect talk of car/tool/garage has on your bride, I think it only fair to warn you it may be the prospect of shopping in Abu Dhabi rather than the F1 that is the attraction.

Steve,

That second version is a fearsome piece of kit. Given the dimensions quoted on the Burdizzo website, it should double up very nicely for removing stubborn oil filters.

BTW - if you're ever thinking of crossing the Pyrenees, Spain is a two-whipple tree country.
