Default Winter Storage

I have a 2002 XK8 Convertible and I am putting it in heated storage(above freezing) for the winter and won't be able to get to the car all winter. My question, is it ok to disconnect the battery for the winter. Ihave the security code for theradio and I know the window limitsneed to be set. I am worried about all the electronic glitches that I might get.

I would just put a Battery Tender on it. And if possible put it on jack stands.

I have never heard of anyone havingproblems with their car's ECU or adjacent electronics as a result ofdisconnecting their battery for extended periods of time such aswinter storage. gordo
