There are plenty of polishes but it is hard work to get into all the overlaps to clean, easiest and quickest I have found (possibily cheapest too) is to use a small wire brush.
You can often get them at hardware stores, a bit bigger than a tooth brush, you can use something a bit larger for the center section but for the edges you will need the smaller.
