Well I went and done it. I am now an all Jaguar family. Got rid of my Corvette for a very nice XK8 convertible to go along with the S-type and the 2004 VDP.
Love all of the cars. Does anyone know of good independent tech in the Los Angeles area? Do not want to go to the dealer for stuff if possible. Any help would be great.

Congrats from someone else who went from a Corvette to the Jaguar (loved them both).

If you can get to the Reseda area there is a great independent--European Auto Service near Reseda and Sherman Way. The mechanic happens to be the father of the guy that owns Mina.

There is also Bonnet to Boot on Ventura near White Oak and Just Jaguar on Woodman Avenue in Sherman Oaks, as well as Sherman Oaks Exclusive on Van Nuys Boulevard.
