Was a 2002 XK8 available with a black exterior and a light colored interior?

 

Anthracite (Black) ran from 1996 to 2001 and was replaced by two black options - Ebony or Midnight Black from 2002.

Oatmeal and Ivory interior were both available in 2002MY.

I've been looking for that title since I got my car a year ago, but only found it for sale at horrendous, vintage-book prices. That's still the case as far as the 2006 edition.

What I did find just now, however, is a new edition scheduled for release in September this year entitled "You and Your Jaguar XK/XKR...", also by Nigel Thorley. 30 bob preordered on Amazon UK.

The sales blurb on Amazon is identical to that of the first version, mentioning the XK8. However, from the title and the cover photo, I'm guessing the new one will deal only with the X150. Which might of course be useful to you and other owners of that model.
