I was looking through my records of things I did to my 03 Xk8 that slowed my job up some. Thought may help others as if you are down this far on your intake you would be wise to replace these instead of reusing the old ones, ya don't want to get into it more then once cause you used old used gaskets.

The Black intake plenum, the 8 green rubber gaskets that sit in it, when I went to find new ones, don't reuse them if you take it apart, I went to my jag dealer, they said they don't sell them by the pc, that you had to buy a WHOLE NEW INTAKE PLENUM. WTF??
So I went through Jagbits and they told me these would fit from the Range Rover Sport LR3, OEM NEW 4526549. This guy on ebay is who I got mine from, they are just like the old ones I took out of mine.

maybe you could post this in the sticky for non oem replacements so if someone is looking there they see this good information.

 

O'Reilly Auto Parts also carries the intake gaskets at a reasonable price (listed under Jaguar application as well as equivalent vehicles).

 

I have to say O'rielly has MANY parts for cars that other chain shops dont carry.
