XK8 Key fob question(US)

My 2004 XK8 fob code is LJE2610-AC. I can get a fob that is supposed to be for my 2004 but the code is slightly different. That code is LJE2610-AB. does any one know if the C /B makes a difference?

Yes it makes a difference.

You need an AC

Type the FCC number into E-bay to see compatible remotes.
