I am rebuilding the engine of my jaguar coupe xk8 2001 and I need to buy a complete set of rings for the 8 pistons.
The problem is that I only find the reference JLM 21635 but it is very expensive. A set for a single cylinder (three rings) costs me around 80 euros.
I'm trying to buy it from some manufacturer - brand, but I only know the diameter / bore 86 mm or 3.39 in and I don't know the thickness of the compression and oil rings.
If someone has previously bought them at a good price, the whole game or individually and knows the brand and can kindly indicate it, I would greatly appreciate it.
Or if someone knows the thickness and depth of the rings it would be very useful to ask the manufacturers.
My engine is not nikasil is one of the last models of 2001 so the first ring is that it is different.
