Hi, I have a 2000 xk8 convertible. I would like to replace the radio and I have done some reading on this. I plan to replace the amp, not the 6 cd changer because I do not need a cd changer. My only issue really is the din kit and the wire harness I cant seem to find an aftermarket one which leads me to believe it has to be custom made. I have no idea how to custom make one though any ideas. I do like to do most of the work on my jag myself.

Those post are really great I still can't seem to find the hardware I need though. The only parts listed showed for the UK. I called my local dealer and they informed me that they have different things than we do in the US. I am still a square one. If there is anyone out there in the US that could show me where they bought the parts for I would really appreciate it.

 

buy the fascia from Gaudin Jaguar, put the part number in the search box for the parts database, and that's it. As for the harness, buy it from the uk, or just hard wire it.
