I'm looking for two parts - an ash tray insert (metal, I think) and the little rubber pad that goes into the coin tray mounted ahead of the shifter.

Does anyone know where I can find these small parts without having to buy a new console? Seems like nobody has these items.

Alternatively, anybody have used parts like these they want to sell?

Did you post in the Private Buy/Sell section? There used to be guys parting out cars that kept on eye on that part of the forum to move seldom-buy items.

 

At least the rubber-mat, part-no GJA7843ABLEG is e.g. listed at
MAT-COIN TRAY - Terrys Jaguar Parts - GJA7843ABLEG
, but it's rather expensive. Maybe you get better quotes from someone breaking a car, evtl via ebay.

The ashtray-assembly is also listed separate in JEPC, part-no depends on VIN and color.
