Default XKR wheels on 2001 XK8

Is it ok to put 19 inch XKR wheels on my 2001 XK8? The wheels are 8.5 inch wide in front and 9.5 inch wide in the rear. 245/40/19 front tires and 275/35/19 rear tires. I am thinking at the least it would mess up my speedometer and maybe the TCM. Has anyone done this and had good luck? Thanks
The donor wheels are from a 2007 XKR.

If you have the factory 18" wheels, you already have the staggered widths. because those tires have the smaller sidewall aspect, you should be OK. Go to TireRack.com or Discount Tire's website and you can read articles about "plus sizing".

You should also be aware of offset. Someone on here with the 19" OEM wheels may know. Which wheels are you buying?

What year XKR are they from?

I do to believe any stock wheel for an X100 had a 9.5in width. They were either 8 and 9in for the 18 and 19 diameters or 9 and 10in for the 20 diameter.

They will only fit by way of an adapter, the bolt pattern is different on the 2007+ X150.

Yep. I just found this out recently as well. Stick with 2006 or earlier X100 wheels.
