Our 2005 Jaguar XJ8L had a seized lug nut that had to be cut off, so I put a new set of 20 on. Much higher quality lug nuts.

This is what happened to a lug on the last wheel because of the car's tire iron. I switched to a socket immediately because I needed it off. The socket fit snug and took it off.
