Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
OK, this is not a bone stock XJS and it is not intended to be so, as I've rather chosen the convenience, amenities and performance route that makes this XJS far more enjoyable to drive/play with.

Owned since 2000 (with, then, a freshly installed new top), driven daily for the first eight years, lately driven only to car shows, otherwise garaged and covered. Recently painted and wet sanded to concourse perfection (same BRG, of course). New leather on both front seats.

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Ported and polished head.
Redesigned/optimized intake air flow.
Free-flow (no baffling) mid silencers and rear mufflers (Can't touch the cats here in Cal)
Reprogrammed chip in ECU.
British Nitrous injection (Wizards of Nos, UK) with a digital progressive controller, system is producing 130 HP over stock, easily over 350 HP total when taking into account the rest of the performance enhancements. Do I have proof of the power? No, but if you try this car yourself, you'd go "OMG, who needs a dyno slip" while trying to un-glue your back from the seat...

Suspension Modifications:
Koni's

Wheels/Tires Modifications:
XK8 17" chromed "Revolver" wheels with now brand new and far more comfy ride Continentals
Brakes: Brand new rotors and pads at all 4 corners
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Jaguar's own XJR-S and S/C motifs out front (painted chrome and mesh grille) reminiscent of the XJR-S and of later S/C cars, respectively, only that in this case, rather than from a supercharger, the extra power comes from nitrous injection boosting power by a massive 130 HP and achieving 0 to 60 in 5.2 sec.
V12 rear spoiler.
Xenon HID headlights, hi-lo beam
Electronic engine start-stop button; no key needed. I love what I've achieved with this little project. Looks, interfaces and operates the part, as in exactly like the new cars that feature it in stock form.
Wood-leather steering wheel, wood shifter and burl wood radio surrounds.
Electrochromic rear view mirror with compass and outside temp ind.

Locking center console storage with cup holders
Mobile cigar humidor
950 wrms sound system with digital sound processor, plus 40GB HDD music storage and 500GB HDD video storage with remote.

Future Modifications:
Brembo brakes.
Zero to 60: Five seconds, or below. Read more ยป

Engine bay. I wouldn't really mind some kind of a cover over the fuel rail area components, so it would look cleaner in the manner such as they did to the AJ16 engine.
