Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
This car sat in the original owners garage for 5 years from 06-11 then it was purchased by a gas station owner, towed to his business and parked outside for a good bit of time. Enough for rain to get in the side to side rip in the top and blow the already unraveled from seat bottoms apart. The car didn't run due to the worker who took the car off of the flatbed leaving it running till it ran out of gas and burned out the fuel pump. It had 64,000 miles on it at the time,(Nov. 2011),and I paid $1,800 to make it mine. I replaced the pump, cleaned 2 plugs and it ran and still runs flawlessly, (hows THAT for luck!). I still had to fix a LOT of things though, New top, rugs ,tires, upholstry, radio, repaint hood, replace grill, rack bushings, tie rods, reveneer the dash and doors, 2 window motors, wiper blades. OK that's enough. There's a lot more.The car is now my everyday driver and I'm lovin it. it gets looks everywhere I go.
