1997 X300 Jaguar XJR, Titanium exterior with Nimbus Gray interior. Located in May 2014 in Houston, TX area as a trade in with 41k miles. Two owner car in excellent shape. Driven back 1200 miles to North Carolina with no issues, and is now a semi-daily driver recording over 160 miles per day of trouble free highway use.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
- XJREngineer "Andybracket" Modified Crankshaft Position Sensor - In hand, planned install late 2014 or early 2015.
Suspension Modifications:
- All new rear Bilstein B6 shocks, suspension and sway bar bushings - August 2014
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
- Essentially stock, but plan to move from stock 255/45-17 to 245/50-17 tires as used on the 1997 XK8 to reduce tramlining, increase highway MPG, provide longer wear and slightly better comfort.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:

- Updated 2003 cup holder mechanism.
Exterior:
- Front license plate polished stainless steel 'coverup' mini-plate.
- LED conversion of various exterior lighting.
Future Modifications:
- Front suspension refresh, XJREngineer rose jointed sway bar links, and possibly bronze upper wishbone bushings.
- Improved cold air induction via better snorkel ducting, building on stock setup to retain OEM look and keep simple.
- Rear DC power point in rear console vent as found in XJ6 Vanden Plas and XJ12.
- Rear sun shade.
- Trunk cargo mat, and new floor mats.
