The first thing I did was strip and paint them, hardware went into the ultrasonic cleaner and the calipers got scuffed and sprayed

With this, off the shelf color and aside from being a tad darker and a more metallic it's a good match to the emblems and original color

The first and only real modification to the car itself is the caliper mount needs to be threaded. Previously the caliper horseshoe was threaded but the Brembo mounts on the opposite side of the ears so they need to be threaded. Slightly drill and then tap for the new hardware.

The hose connection is the same as stock, install rotor and caliper *not pictured but to swap the front dust sheilds you remove 3 bolts and have to pop the lower ball joint as the lower tab is sandwiched there. I also popped off the tie rod to make that easier. You can modify stock front plates but it's better to swap them if you can.

The rear backing plates don't go over the rotor, they look the same size as stock but have a cutout for the caliper and the lip is cut down.

This is the modified stock backing plate, I used a nibbler to get the bent edge part cut down as much as I could and then cut out for the caliper. I had the rear ones as well for the Brembo set but things were not moving easily and after the first bolt broke I decided it wasn't worth it.

The rear brake hoses were the right size as well, but the thread pitch on the stock banjo bolt is different so you will need those bolts, I think m10 banjo, and new crush washers.
