Edit. Just to add re possible switched lower bush positions. This screenshot shows the sellers can't even get it right. The bush being sold here is a front bushing, the diagram has been butchered with lower arms 180 degrees to crossmember orientation giving a confused perspective.

Now draw tools toward you until mark on stem is just visible. Head unit can be removed by grasping with fingers in cassette slot. A slight twisting motion may be required.

After a few ins and outs that overlaying the retaining clips with a thin aluminium plate and 100 mph tape held the head unit secuely but still allowed it to be removed without the need for any tools.
