The sensor connected to the throttle cable is broken. 1 of the connection tabs are broken off.

The wires with the arrows pointing at them, cause the car to not even want to start and if it does, the is rough as hell on a very low idle. Not to mention idle is so low that the alt doesn't even give enough juice, because the alt dash light stays own.

I am not sure of the 1A being dead center on this one as it doesn't show the vac tubes... This is why I say it is different.
