Remove nuts and pull damper down. Place new parts, assemble again. Easy !

Front ARB main bush CBC5580 (7/8" ARB as all preHE). This is thew LH, which is worst, probably due to PAS oil leak. It really needs to be changed, but now is the driving season, so it will have to wait for winter to come...
