Here the tool I made from a piece of 2x4, I used a hole saw to cut a hole, I then drilled three small holes to put three bolts through, put it on the pulley, mark the subframe on other end of 2x4 then cut to the length and at the angle, tighten up the bolts to the sprockets, put the wrench through the hole and used all you mighty strength to turn the handle. It cost me a piece of scrap 2x4 and about $3 for the bolts

Here the home made crank pulley lockerI put it in used, The car was on jack stands, I have to lay on the floor and used my leg to push the breaker bar handle, I got the job done.
